Hillo all

It has been a long time since ive last updated, well i’ve not been doing much. I just took a 1 week break from the gym as i was in the state of over training.

There are alot of people that are in the stage of overtraining but they just think they are lazy, and suck it up to complete the workout. Overtraining affects one’s mood, appetite, cravings. There will be the lack of Lack of motivation, no drive to do anything, bored of going to the gym, strong sugar cravings and constantly being hungry, plateau in weight loss, slow in recovery.

One should always do self checks to see if they are suffering from the state of overtraining as these factors affect one strongly, for the previous week i had quite a bit of chocolates and ice cream which made me feel good =). You would need to check if you are suffering from overtraining, not just indulge in sweets and chocolates as you will only be cheating yourself.

I have just finished reading the Omega diet this past week

Would you be taking in alot of Omega-3 or Omega-6 Fatty Acids, omega-3 would contain of seafood, green leafy vegetables fish, canola oil and walnuts, while omega-6 contains of corn oil, safflower oil, cottonseed and sunflower oils. The ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 used to be 1:1 but for now it can go up to 20:1. Such high imbalance leads to Heart attack, stroke, cancer, asthma, depression etc…….

Remember to cut down on the Omega-6 and increase your intake of omega-3 food.
