It has been a while till i updated, just took the pictures for the 8th week.
Always try to add varieties into your life, be in food, books, friends (good friends pls), etc……. without these things we get bored easily.
I look at the numbers of food that i eat on a constant basis which are almonds, beef, chicken, veal, lamb, broccoli, cauliflower, cashews, salmon. Normally people only consume 10-15 foods on a consistant basis, there will be a lack of certain vitamins and minerals obtained because of the lack of variety.
I’ve always hated peas since i was young and recently when i tried them, they are pretty nice. take time to try new food it may not be as bad as how you think it will be. Try a new food everyweek and who knows that you might find something you love.
