Sorry regarding the long updates, i just completed a seminar this weekend. Its an average of a 10 hour seminar per day, talk about long ass seminars.
I learnt quite a few things about myself and what is holding me back in the financial department, my believes that have been implanted by parents, friends, thoughts like that. There were 5k + people at the seminar, and the restaurants must have had some really good business. Its a good thing i stay around the area so i took a cab home to eat vegetables, im still suffering from semi constipation due to the lack of vegetables. My carb intake for the 3 days increased due to the speaker saying it was rude to leave while he was giving his speech, so i had quite a bit of almonds and cashew nuts.
Well sorry that there are no pictures yet, i have not went over to sony to buy the cables. Ill go do it later on after training or tomorrow as i wish to avoid the afterwork crowd. Ill update you guys soon and upload pictures asap.
Mel, share more about the seminar. Also, tell me the top 5 greens of your choice. Im having too much carb too. But! im craving for Honey Chicken Rice again. Hehe. I miss you darling.

My Top 5 Greens are Broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, spinach and avocado’s. I’ll tell you the stuff when i meet you the next time for honey chicken rice or somewhere else.
