Didnt really have a good day in the gym tonight, had the lack of strength to do untill it was the last set for the 1st exercise.
I had my refeed meal at hogs breath today, and it was a messy meal with food dropping all around. i have ribs as usual, im going around to all the steak and ribs places to find the best ribs. I have been to Tony romas, Hogs Breath and Dan Ryans, that concludes 6 weeks of refeed meals so far.
Something i learnt from the seminar is that, if you are not learning you are dying. we must strive to learn and read things everyday. We are like trees, information is water, without water we die. Take a book today or spend 30 mins online reading something that will make your life better.
