HIllo once again

Have you guys seen Micheal Phelps new sports recovery drink? http://www.puresport.us/ what a good marketing project he has taken.

We are only in the world for a period of time, are you doing anything to provide service or improve the life’s of other people in the field that is possible for you, are you reading more books(within the last month i finished reading 6 books), sharing the knowledge of whatever you are interested or good at?

i have completed a autobiography about Sir Richard Branson and learned that dispite having dislexia he has achieved what he has though lots of trials and tribulations.

 i’ve learnt this week that one should never use emotions to decide on the future of your business, but through serious decisions. And if you dont love what you are doing that is no point it sticking with it because you will never creath wealth for youself.

I’m currently reading “Biochemichal Individuality” it helps keep in check that the same diet which might for one person, might not work for the other as we are all different internally. The weight of the organs are different, positions are different, endocrine levels are different, you can just look at one another and think the human body is just a body but everyone is built differently which leads to different levels of absorbtion and excretion rates.

I will write more once i finish reading the book

It has been a while till i updated, just took the pictures for the 8th week.

Always try to add varieties into your life, be in food, books, friends (good friends pls), etc……. without these things we get bored easily.

I look at the numbers of food that i eat on a constant basis which are almonds, beef, chicken, veal, lamb, broccoli, cauliflower, cashews, salmon. Normally people only consume 10-15 foods on a consistant basis, there will be a lack of certain vitamins and minerals obtained because of the lack of variety.

I’ve always hated peas since i was young and recently when i tried them, they are pretty nice. take time to try new food it may not be as bad as how you think it will be. Try a new food everyweek and who knows that you might find something you love.

Hillo all

Finally got the cable for the camera, so i have uploaded the pictures of the 6th week and next week will be the 8th week. How fast things are coming to a end and it does not seem ill get my 6 pac, this reminds me of all the junk food i used to eat when i was new and used the “bulking” term.

i went up to 80kg but was really round, i always have the craving for sweet items. Even now im thinking about things like ice cream, chocolates etc etc. This is the reason to why i workout, i train so i can eat and i mean eat alot.

By this week i should have finished reading 2 books and shall be on my 3rd book =) haha, i sound like im becoming a bookworm.

Hillo all once again.

Didnt really have a good day in the gym tonight, had the lack of strength to do untill it was the last set for the 1st exercise.

I had my refeed meal at hogs breath today, and it was a messy meal with food dropping all around. i have ribs as usual, im going around to all the steak and ribs places to find the best ribs. I have been to Tony romas, Hogs Breath and Dan Ryans, that concludes 6 weeks of refeed meals so far.

Something i learnt from the seminar is that, if you are not learning you are dying. we must strive to learn and read things everyday. We are like trees, information is water, without water we die. Take a book today or spend 30 mins online reading something that will make your life better.

Hillo all

Sorry regarding the long updates, i just completed a seminar this weekend. Its an average of a 10 hour seminar per day, talk about long ass seminars.

I learnt quite a few things about myself and what is holding me back in the financial department, my believes that have been implanted by parents, friends, thoughts like that. There were 5k + people at the seminar, and the restaurants must have had some really good business. Its a good thing i stay around the area so i took a cab home to eat vegetables, im still suffering from semi constipation due to the lack of vegetables. My carb intake for the 3 days increased due to the speaker saying it was rude to leave while he was giving his speech, so i had quite a bit of almonds and cashew nuts.

Well sorry that there are no pictures yet, i have not went over to sony to buy the cables. Ill go do it later on after training or tomorrow as i wish to avoid the afterwork crowd. Ill update you guys soon and upload pictures asap.

Hillo all once again

Sorry that it has been so long, i’ve been out of creativity on what to write lately. I wont be able to put up the pictures till wednesday, so please wait till then.

I will be going for the Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar on friday,sat and sunday, for friday and sat it starts at 9am and finishes at 11pm. I’ll have to bring alot of food along as there isnt much food that i can eat at expo. I made a purchase of 12 books from amazon 2 weeks ago and 9 out of the 12 have arrived, which leaves me busy reading everyday. I spend less time watching TV and surfing the net which must be a good thing for me.

When you head to the supermarket, which isle do you go to, if you have noticed its the perimeter of the supermarket that has most of the fresh food. Take alot of fibrous vegetables like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, nuts like almonds, pecans, brazil nuts, walnuts. For fruits avocados, blueberries, raspberries, apples, cranberries.
